Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you use this website. These Terms and Conditions of Website Use (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the nameeflorist.com website. This site is the property of Namee Florist & Gift. By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions set forth in this notice.
Namee Florist & Gift reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, Namee florist & Gift grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the website.
Namee Florist & Gift authorizes you to view and download the information at this website only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the website or any content to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that may infringes the rights of Namee Florist & Gift.
Any orders from this website are subject to the following terms & conditions:
- Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
- Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
- Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, deliveries around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day have different prices.
- Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.
- Namee Florist & Gift will not hold responsibility for late or non-delivery of the flowers and gifts in the following circumstances:
- The recipient of the order is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on the behalf of the recipient.
- The address is incorrect.
- The recipient contact number is not provided or an invalid number is given.
- Cancellation can only be done 24 hours before the time of delivery. After 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
- Namee Florist & Gift will make at least (2) attempts to contact the recipient. If the recipient is not at the address given without the knowledge of the customer, or if there is any other reason for non-delivery for which Namee Florist & Gift is not liable, Namee Florist & Gift will enter into correspondence with the customer. For a pre-stated fee, Namee Florist & Gift will arrange to have the order delivered at a later date. In the case of eventual non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.
- Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
- In all cases, Namee Florist & Gift will try their best to deliver according to the requested time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Namee Florist & Gift will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
- Non-delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and /or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.
- Please provide all details asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
- Please check our online flower delivery schedule for delivery times and policies. Namee Florist & Gift will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing the best possible.
- As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is a problem. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.
- If there is any problem with your delivery whatsoever, please email us atinfo@nameeflorist.com.

you provide online at our Web Site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, continue to assess new
technology for protecting information, and when appropriate, upgrade our information security systems.
Further, we permit only authorized Namee Florist & Gift employees and third parties to access any Personal Information or Prospect Information that you supply to us. If an employee misuses Personal Information or Prospect Information, we will take disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. If any third party individual or organization misuses Personal Information or Prospect Information, we will take action, up to and including termination of any agreement between Eva florist and that individual or organization.
Privacy Policy
Namee Florist & Gift guarantees that any information provided to Namee Florist & Gift will be respected as privileged information and shall remain absolutely confidential. All transaction information will be used solely for the purpose of the purchase and to enhance the
service provided to our customer. No information pertaining to any customer will be sold, given or revealed to any third party without
the prior consent of that customer. Namee Florist & Gift will also not reveal the identity of the customer to the recipient if so
requested, without the express consent of the customer.
For prompt and timely deliveries complete details of name, address and telephone number of the recipient is important. Delivery times for orders received are given below.

Monday – Saturday If this order is urgent, extra efforts will be made to deliver on the same day at little extra charge. Whether we are able to fulfill as anticipated, depend on the location and the season.
Sunday & Public Holiday - For delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays, orders must be placed one business day in advance. Same day deliveries on these days are not possible.
Peak Season (Valentine's Day, Malaysian Holidays, Special Occasions, etc) – 3 Days in advance During peak season, our computer system's handling capacity is unusually large due to high demand for delivery, therefore we suggest that you order at least one business day in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your chosen flower and gift. Our Office is closed on Sunday and on Public Holidays. However, you may fax orders or place online orders any time. Kindly note that we will ensure, where possible, that your order is delivered on the day requested, but cannot guarantee a particular time.
